Registration Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all Authors and Participants of ICNGCCT 2026.
Authors must register on or before 15 October 2026 to avail the early bird registration rate.
One (1) conference registration allows the submission and presentation of one (1) paper.
Full-Time Student registration is applicable for undergraduate and postgraduate students only. A valid student ID card and a letter from the head of the department/institution are mandatory for verification.
Additional Papers submitted by the same registered author can be accommodated for an extra fee of $150 per paper.
Co-Authors of any fully registered paper wishing to attend must pay the applicable listener/participant fee.
The conference registration includes six (6) pages in the proceedings. A maximum of three (3) additional pages can be included for $35 per page.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the official Conference Proceedings with an ISBN.

Refund Schedule: Full refund (less USD 25 fee) until 01 Nov 2026. 50% refund until 17 Nov 2026. No refunds after 18 Nov 2026.
Authors: No refund if paper is in the proceedings.
Substitutions: Permitted with written notice prior to the conference.
Visa Denials: Do not qualify for exceptions to the standard refund schedule.
Force Majeure: In the event of conference cancellation/postponement, registrations transfer to new dates; liability for attendee costs is excluded.
